KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant, to join our Tax organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple professionals

  • Generate engagement letters, bills, and time and expense reports as directed

  • Monitor billing (A/R and A/P) and coordinate review of reports with management team

  • Provide back up support to the other administrative assistants

  • Deliver high-quality compliance products to the team for submission to client, prepare extensions, assembly tax returns and track deliverables

  • Utilize the firm tools and systems and work with management on the accuracy of staff and manager schedules

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with SharePoint preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize work and support multiple professionals with limited supervision

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and follow standardized tasks and work according to established rules and procedures
