CACI International US Navy Program / Operations Manager in Norfolk, Virginia

Responsible for program and operations management of the USFFC Fleet Maintenance Technical Branch. Leads the effort in supporting the testing, certification and fielding activities of the Fleet Maintenance Technical Branch.
Responsible for IT Portfolio management, IA certification and SCD management for all software applications, drafting of key Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Gap Analysis Studies, and Business Case Analysis (BCA) documents.
Provides independent analysis and advise the PM on Fleet maintenance policy, processes and integrated logistics products and their impact to overall fleet maintenance operations.
Responsible for managing and briefing USFF Navy Maritime Maintenance projects for Flag leadership.
Develops, coordinates and executes the successful acquisition process of major DoD acquisition programs.
Candidates should possess at least 10-15 years of relevant experience including senior level program and operations management, with demonstrated Department of Navy (or equivalent DoD) programmatic experience on an IT Maintenance Management program.
Experience in project management coordinating and leading flag level/decision meetings and briefs. Demonstrated experience producing and staffing programmatic briefs and test plans.
Coordinating and executing functional requirements gap analysis of IT maintenance management systems.
Proven supervisory and management skills and progressive project related experience is required.
Specialized experience required includes: complete engineering project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas including the use of different technologies.
Proven expertise in understanding program requirements of the types of tasks to be performed, ability to review and evaluate all work performed, management and control of funds and resources, and provide direction to ensure compliance with all management policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Master’s Degree is a desired.
Must possess an active Secret or higher level security clearance
